Currently the Penthouse at Casa Franca is available to rent but the second floor studio is not currently available. These conditions are temporary and Casa Franca will be back to normal in the future.

You enter the Penthouse through its secured door from the third floor of Casa Franca into the living room where you can relax reading, watch Cable TV, browse the internet, or just listen to the CD stereo. Off of the living area, you can enjoy the views from your third floor private balcony.
The bedroom area is also on this level which comfortably sleeps two with storage for all your personal items. The private bathroom with shower is directly off the bedroom area. All linens and towels are supplied. A free secured safe is located in the unit.

Up a short flight of stairs, you will find your kitchen area and the wonderful views from the open terrace penthouse top floor. Relax sitting in the sun or looking at the mountain and sea views as you enjoy your vacation stay in Puerto Vallarta. The terrace is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and breakfast from your fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and stove top and oven. There is an additional half-bath off of the kitchen area.

The penthouse is kept clean and fresh with bi-weekly housekeeping service and Franca is available to help with other needs you might have.

The Penthouse is rented by the week, month, or year:

A 50% deposit is required at time of the reservation.
